India saved Kashmiri land for Indian buy: Altaf Hussain Wani

Hurriyat chief and Chairman Kashmir Institute of Worldwide Relations Altaf Hussain Wani says that India has reserved Kashmiri land for the acquisition of Indians.

Addressing the 55th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, he stated that Kashmiris have been underneath oppressive rule for 76 years, particularly 34 years.

Altaf Hussain Wani says that custodial killings, pressured disappearances, sexual violence, property seizures are happening in Kashmir, the abolition of Article 370 and 35A was to determine the neo-abadi system of the occupiers.

They argue that the repeal of Article 370 and 35A was to implement land grabs, the Geneva Conventions and the Hague Laws limiting occupiers’ autonomy over territory.

Hurriyat chief and Chairman Kashmir Institute of Worldwide Relations Altaf Hussain Wani has stated that India is shifting its inhabitants to Kashmir and occupying the property there.

He has additional stated that the state of Maharashtra has lately bought land in Occupied Kashmir, Maharashtra state’s buy of land in Occupied Kashmir is prohibited and in violation of the Geneva Conference.
