England opener Phil Salt is second and Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan is third.
Captain Babar Azam has moved all the way down to the fifth place after being demoted one place.
Amongst T20 bowlers, England’s Adil Rashid is on the primary place, whereas no bowler from Pakistan is included within the high ten. Shaheen Afridi moved up two ranks to 17th place.
Bangladesh’s Shakib-ul-Hasan continues to carry the primary place in T20 all-rounders.
