District and Periods Court docket Islamabad confirmed the bail of PTI chief Azam Khan Swati within the case of violation of Article 144.
The court docket granted Azam Swati’s bail on a bond of Rs 5,000.
Lawyer Ali Bukhari mentioned that Azam Swati was arrested on this case and bail was granted on the following day, his bail was canceled for non-appearance and he was declared admiral, the police officer has been made a plaintiff on this case which is illegitimate.
After listening to the arguments, the court docket confirmed Azam Swati’s bail.
It must be famous that Azam Swati was booked for violation of Part 144 in 2014.
