American journalist Terry Anderson, who was held hostage for almost 7 years through the Lebanese civil struggle, died in New York on the age of 76.
Anderson was the Center East bureau chief of the American information company, he was kidnapped in Beirut on March 16, 1985 and launched in 1991.
Terry Anderson was additionally the creator of the best-selling autobiography, Den of Lions, during which he detailed his days spent in captivity in Lebanon.
