Former Pakistan cricket staff captain Saeed Ahmed handed away on the age of 86. He was born in Jalandhar in 1937.

Saeed Ahmed represented the Pakistan staff in 41 Check matches. He made his worldwide debut in 1958 in opposition to the West Indies.

Saeed Ahmed scored 2991 runs in Check cricket whereas additionally taking 22 wickets.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) expressed grief over the demise of former captain Saeed Ahmed.

PCB stated in a press release that it condoles the demise of late Saeed Ahmed to his household and family members.
