Iran has launched an Indian lady who was a part of the crew of an Israeli ship seized within the Strait of Hormuz.
In accordance with the Indian Ministry of Exterior Affairs, negotiations are ongoing for the discharge of the remaining 16 Indian residents on board.
Indian residents are secure and in contact with their households, Indian Overseas Minister Jaishankar this week spoke to Iranian Overseas Minister Hossein Amir for the discharge of Indian personnel.
