The Lahore Excessive Court docket dismissed Ejaz Chaudhry’s petition towards the choice of the Appellate Tribunal.
On this regard, the Lahore Excessive Court docket has upheld the choice of the Appellate Tribunal and the Returning Officer to reject the nomination papers.
