16 inmates of Central Jail Peshawar have been confirmed with HIV (AIDS).
Superintendent Central Jail Peshawar has mentioned that HIV (AIDS) was confirmed within the prisoners in the course of the blood screening of the prisoners.
Superintendent Central Jail Peshawar added that AIDS-affected inmates are drug addicts, who’re stored individually from different inmates.
There are presently 3400 inmates within the Central Jail, HIV contaminated inmates are being handled and counselled.
