Spain’s President Checks Optimistic For Covid, To Skip G20 Summit In Delhi

The G20 Leaders’ Summit shall be held within the nationwide capital on September 9-10,

New Delhi:

Spain’s President Pedro Sanchez has introduced that he examined optimistic for COVID-19 on Thursday and will be unable to attend the G20 Summit in New Delhi.

President Sanchez mentioned that he was feeling “positive”, including that Spain can be represented on the G20 Summit by First Vice President Nadia Calvino Santamaria and Overseas Minister Jose Manuel Albares.

“This afternoon I’ve examined optimistic for COVID and will be unable to journey to New Delhi for the G20 Summit. I really feel positive. Spain shall be magnificently represented by the First Vice President and Minister of Financial Affairs and the Minister of Overseas Affairs, EU and Cooperation,” he wrote on X, previously referred to as Twitter.

President Sanchez joins Russia’s Vladimir Putin and China’s Xi Jinping because the third world chief to withdraw from the summit. 

The G20 Leaders’ Summit shall be held within the nationwide capital on September 9-10. Greater than 30 heads of state and prime officers from the European Union, invited visitor international locations, and 14 heads of worldwide organisations are anticipated to attend.
