Heavy snowfall in Germany, greater than 700 flights canceled

Heavy snow in southern Germany has disrupted day by day life, with many flights canceled and public transport halted.

In accordance with international media, 760 flights have been canceled at Munich Airport because of heavy snowfall.

Munich’s public transport firm says buses, trams and trains have been suspended because of the snow.

Officers say Munich’s predominant prepare station has been closed to the general public, whereas trains on main routes are fully shut down, with service anticipated to stay suspended till Monday.

Other than this, the authorities have directed the residents to remain of their properties, stopping them from touring unnecessarily.
